MACAR BASININDA ATATÜRK DÖNEMİ’NDE TÜRK KADINININ EŞİT HAKLAR ELDE EDİŞİNE DAİR ÇIKAN HABERLER (1923-1938)

Abstract
Atatürk’ün hayatı, hukuk çalışmaları ve uluslararası alandaki değerlendirmeleri her zaman ilgi çekici olmuştur. Genç Türkiye Cumhuriyeti’nin başı, Türkiye’nin hukuk sistemiyle yurttaki ve dış dünyadaki yerini yıllar içinde tanımlamıştır ve Türk hukuk sistemi “Atatürk’ün sistemiyle karşılaştırıldığında” hala işler durumdadır. Hem çağdaş hem de günlük Macar basınında bu konuda pek çok referans bulunmaktadır. Buradan hareketle, Atatürk’ün hukukî mimarisini çalışmak hedeflenmiş ve Macaristan basınında konuyla ilgili çıkan yazılar araştırma konusunun vazgeçilmez bir aşaması olmuştur. (Hem Türk hem Macar tarafından) Kaynak olarak basında yer alan yazılar bilhassa önemli ve dikkat çekicidir. Elektronik iletişimden mahrum o dönemin diplomatik teamülüne göre, bir ülkenin sefaretinin basın ataşesi görevli olduğu diğer ülkeye dair hem orijinal diliyle hem de çoğunlukla (örneğin Fransızca olmak üzere) diplomaside kullanılan dilde raporlar gönderdiği görülmüştür. Bu sebeple Türk tarafında, Dışişleri Bakanlığı’nın dijital arama programı kullanılabilmiş, Macar tarafında ise, Arcanum isimli organize ve dijital veri tabanı çalışmayı zenginleştirmiştir. Bu çalışmada, Türk kadınının Atatürk döneminde eşit hakları elde edişi, bunun tarihsel kökeni ve Macar basınındaki yankıları tahlil edilmiştir.
