Publication Policy and Article Process

Our journal, which adopts an Open Access Policy, first evaluates the submitted articles by the editor. Articles that comply with the journal's writing rules and template are assigned to 2 reviewers, and the evaluation process begins. If the two reviewers give different decisions, the article is sent to a third reviewer. Submitted articles are placed in a queue and published in the issue corresponding to their turn, provided that the peer review process has been completed.

---NO FEE/DOI FEE IS REQUESTED FOR ARTICLES SUBMITTED TO THE JOURNAL.

-All submissions to our journal are scanned by the Turnitin plagiarism program-

1- Articles submitted to our journal are first reviewed by the preliminary review editor. Then, they are sent to the writing and language editors.
2- The writing and language editors examine whether the article is written according to the journal's writing rules. During this process, revisions may be requested from the author.
3- After the author completes the revisions, the work is sent to the editor.
4- During this process, the editor assigns field editors to the article, and the reviews are completed.
5- After the reviews, the editor sends the article to at least 2 reviewers who are experts in the field and work at different universities for evaluation.
6- Reviewers are given 15 days to evaluate the article. This period can be extended by the editor. If the process is delayed or prolonged, new reviewers may be assigned.
7- Based on the results of the reviewers' evaluations, the editor may request revisions from the author according to the reviewers' comments.
8- If the author is deemed to have completed the requested revisions on the article, the article is decided to be published. Otherwise, the article is rejected.
9- If there are differing opinions among the reviewers, a third reviewer is assigned by the editor. Based on the decision of the third reviewer, the editorial board makes the final decision on the publication of the article.
10- Authors can appeal to the reviewers' opinions "by providing evidence and justification." If the appeal is accepted after the review of the editorial board, a different reviewer is consulted.
11- If the authors' articles are accepted, the article goes to the final reading stage, and the final reading process is conducted. During this process, if necessary, revisions may be requested from the author. After the final reading process is completed, the article is sent to the layout editors and then added to the publication pool for publication.
