Important Notice: All manuscripts submitted to the journal are screened using the Turnitin plagiarism detection software. The similarity rate of a manuscript must not exceed 20%, including footnotes but excluding the bibliography.

 1. General Submission and Evaluation Rules

  • Word Limit: Articles must be between 2,500 and 12,000 words, including notes, tables, and figures.
  • Blind Peer Review: Manuscripts must not include any information that may reveal the identity of the author(s). Submissions containing identifying information will be returned to the author(s). Author details will be added by the editors after the review process has been completed.
  • Originality: Manuscripts must not have been previously published or be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Papers presented at symposiums or conferences may be accepted provided that the full text has not been previously published and this is clearly stated. Manuscripts derived from theses must also be explicitly indicated.
  • Ethical and Copyright Responsibility: The author(s) are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with ethical standards and for avoiding any copyright infringement. Any material damages, legal claims, or defense costs arising from violations are the responsibility of the author(s).
  • Submission Process: Manuscripts must be submitted through the Article Tracking System. If revisions are requested by the reviewers, the revised manuscript may be uploaded to the system only once. Manuscripts that do not comply with the journal template will not be sent for peer review.
