Çalışmanın amacı, Z kuşağının siyasi partilere yaklaşımını araştırmak ve veri analizleri sonuçlarına göre yorumlamaktır. Aynı zamanda Z kuşağının siyasi partilerden beklentileri, siyasi parti liderlerinde aradıkları özellikler ve siyasete olan ilgilerini araştırmaktır. Bireylerin demografik özelliklerine yönelik dağılımları, cinsiyetin siyasi görüşe etkileri, Türkiye’ye yönelik yaklaşımları ve beklentileri de çalışma kapsamında araştırılmış ve verilere aktarılmıştır. Diğer yandan Türkiye’de yaşamaktan memnun olma durumunu belirleyen faktörleri test etmek amacıyla lojistik regresyon analiz sonuçları incelenmiştir. Çalışma evreni Mardin Artuklu ilçesinde yaşayan 18-26 yaş grubunda olan Z kuşağı bireyleri üzerinde yapılmıştır. Anket çalışması 184 birey üzerinde uygulanmıştır. Çalışma verileri SPSS 26.0 ile yapılmıştır. Veri analizlerine göre Z kuşağı siyasetle bazen ilgilendiğini, siyasi parti liderinde aradıkları en temel özelliğin güvenirlik olduğu sonuçlarına varılmıştır.
The aim of the study is to investigate the approach of generation Z to political parties and to interpret them according to the results of data analysis. At the same time, it is to investigate the expectations of the generation Z from political parties, the characteristics they look for in political party leaders and their interest in politics. The distribution of individuals on demographic characteristics, the effects of gender on political views, their approaches and expectations towards Turkey were also researched within the scope of the study and transferred to the data. On the other hand, logistic regression analysis results were examined in order to test the factors that determine satisfaction with living in Turkey. The study was carried out on Z generation individuals in the 18-26 age group living in the Artuklu district of Mardin. The questionnaire study was applied on 184 individuals. Study data were made with SPSS 26.0. According to the data analysis, it was concluded that the generation Z is sometimes interested in politics, and that the most basic feature they look for in a political party leader is reliability.
