By submitting an article to ETA Journal for publication, authors agree to a set of rules:

✎ Publishing Rights & Author Declaration

Articles submitted to ETA Journal are considered as applications for publication, and the right to publish or not to publish the article belongs to the journal board. No royalties are paid for published articles. Furthermore, it is accepted by the author that the copyright of the published articles is transferred to the journal.

In their submitted articles, authors declare that they do not infringe upon copyrights, that the article content does not contain defamatory or damaging information directed at individuals, institutions, etc., that the privacy of individuals is not violated, and that there is no conflict of interest.

❗ Liability: Despite the aforementioned rules, in the event of any legal action following the publication of the article, the responsibility lies not with ETA Journal and its employees, but entirely with the author or authors of the article.

ETA Journal has adopted an "open access policy". In accordance with this policy, all content can be used by the user free of charge. All open access articles are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution license, which permits unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction, provided the original work is properly cited.
